Fundraising

Supporting the school’s fundraisers is a year-to-year requirement for families who have children enrolled at the school. It is required that every family participate in:

Fall Cash Calendars

A fun fundraiser where participants can win cash prizes every day of the month.

Christmas Bazaar

Contribute at least eight hours of work for the Christmas Bazaar in one of the following areas:

  • preparation for the Bazaar
  • on the day of the Bazaar
  • clean up on the day following the Bazaar
  • distribution of prizes on the day following the Bazaar

Spring Big Money Raffle

Three big cash prize winners!

By participating in this manner, families will experience the pride and joy of working collaboratively. They will also begin to build a “school family community” and develop accountability for the necessary effort required if all students are to be the beneficiaries of the school’s offerings and programs.

Other Fundraising Activities

Box Tops for Education

Traditional Box Tops clips have phased out of production and became digital-only. Participating brands have changed their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Top label. If you see this new label, download the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt.

Community Dinners

Occasionally, the HSA coordinates Spaghetti Suppers or Pancake Dinners to raise money for specific projects.

Blue Clothing Bin

We accept clothing, shoes and textiles in any condition, even ripped or stained, in the bin located in our parking lot. We can take all textiles except for carpets and rugs or anything soiled, wet, or moldy. We also accept small stuffed animals, socks, purses, shoes, belts, linens, scarves, and backpacks. No regular pillows, but small decorative pillows are allowed.
Our school receives $.07 per pound and the company sorts everything, donates useful items to charity and recycles any unusable textiles.
