Fundraising

Supporting the school’s fundraisers is a year-to-year requirement for families who have children enrolled at the school. It is required that every family participate in:

Cash Calendar

A fun fundraiser where participants can win cash prizes every day of the month.

Christmas Bazaar

Contribute at least eight hours of work for the Christmas Bazaar in one of the following areas:

  • preparation for the Bazaar
  • on the day of the Bazaar
  • clean up on the day following the Bazaar
  • distribution of prizes on the day following the Bazaar

Spring Fundraiser

The spring fundraiser usually involves catalogs of beautiful and functional items for the home.

By participating in this manner, families will experience the pride and joy of working collaboratively. They will also begin to build a “school family community” and develop accountability for the necessary effort required if all students are to be the beneficiaries of the school’s offerings and programs.

Other Fundraising Activities

Box Tops for Education

Traditional Box Tops clips are being phased out of production, but may continue to be found on many products throughout the store. You can still clip and send them to school. Eventually the Box Tops program will become digital-only. Participating brands are starting to change their packaging from a traditional Box Tops clip to the new Box Top label. If you see this new label, download the new Box Tops app to scan your receipt.

Here’s the traditional box top that you can still use if you come across them:

Restaurant of the Month

Participating area restaurants agree to donate to the school when you present a coupon while dining on selected dates.

Recycling Cans/Returnables

At participating recycling centers in the area, you may drop off your recyclable soda cans and other items with a deposit and donate the deposits to St. Stan’s. Accounts vary, so check with us if you have any cans to donate.
